Ethics complaint or concern submission

  • Legal Aid Ontario employees, clients and service providers can discreetly provide anonymous information about:

    • suspected fraud or wrongdoing
    • harassment
    • discrimination
    • allegations of violence
    • unethical business practices

    You can submit your concern to us anonymously or you can provide your contact information so that we can send you an acknowledgement of your complaint.

    Your submission is strictly private, confidential and personal to its recipients and will not be copied, distributed or reproduced in whole or in part, nor passed to any third party for any purposes other than to be recorded and addressed in accordance with LAO’s Complaint Policy.

    We only collect your personal information when you choose to provide it and authorize us to use it.
