Notice: Recoveries to resume November 23, 2020 after temporary suspension

As one of several supports for lawyers during the COVID‑19 pandemic, in April 2020, Legal Aid Ontario postponed collection on recoveries identified in audits, investigations or by Lawyer Services and Payments. Please be advised that this temporary suspension will end November 23, when collection on recoveries will resume through offsets to lawyer payments.
