Report suspected fraud or wrongdoing
If you suspect fraud or wrongdoing, tell us. Legal Aid Ontario accepts complaints 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You do not have to give us your name.
Do you know of a person who receives our services but should not? If you would like to submit a complaint, use the Submission of Third Party Complaints regarding Client Eligibility form.

All reports are handled by an independent company to ensure anonymity and confidentiality.
Your call will not be recorded or traced, and online reports will be sent securely to LAO’s Complaints department for further action.
