Application information and requirements

Counsel for the applicant(s) must submit a completed copy of the application for test case funding form. The application form must be completed by counsel as it constitutes a legal opinion.

Successful applicants may be issued a legal aid certificate or may be funded by way of a project funding agreement.

Applicants who receive test case funding are required to provide LAO with regular updates on the progress of their matter and with final outcome reports.
