Updated instructions for submitting BOC forms

Legal Aid Ontario (LAO) has posted updated instructions for the submission of completed (signed and dated) Basis of Claim forms and narratives in Refugee Protection Division (RPD) matters.

Since December 16, 2023, LAO has required roster members to submit completed BOC forms and narratives to LAO within 30 days of the BOC being completed. This requirement applies to all BOC certificates, whether RPD hearing authorization is or will be requested.
