How to fix small or missing text when printing Legal Aid Online pages

Internet Explorer
- Open the file menu and select “page setup” (your version might have this option on your “print” menu).
- Eliminate (in other words, unselect) the checkmark in the “enable shrink‑to‑fit” option.
- Try and print. Your printout should have regular‑sized text.
Alternative method for Internet Explorer
- Put the page you want to print on the screen, right click (or left click if your mouse is left‑handed) anywhere within the browser window and choose ‘select all’
OR
Make sure the text you want to print is on the screen, use the cursor to select the text, right click again (or left click if your mouse is left‑handed) and select “print preview.”
- Change the “page setup” setting on the top toolbar from “as laid out on screen” to “as selected on screen”
- If possible, change the ‘shrink to fit’ setting to “100%” or a value that provides maximum coverage of all the text at once.
- Try and print. Your printout should have regular‑sized text.
Firefox
Try this if parts of the web page don’t print.
- Right click (or left‑click if your mouse is left‑handed) anywhere within the browser window.
- Select “this frame” and then “print frame…” from the context menu.
- Try and print. Your printout should have regular‑sized text.
Chrome
Built-in support for scaling text larger or smaller on a page is not currently available. Viable solutions include switching browsers or using a plugin.
