Business Intelligence & Statistics
February 2019

Thank you for your feedback to LAO's 2018 Lawyer Satisfaction Survey.

We are grateful for your responses, which are key to the evolution and improvement of our services.

Already, we have taken note, and as of February 24, 2019, certificate accounts eligible for automatic payment are being paid on the first Wednesday or Friday 14 days after they are submitted—instead of the current 21.

About 120,000 lawyer accounts a year will now be paid sooner.

We invite you to take a look at the survey findings posted here, and we look forward to working with you to continue to enhance your LAO experience.
