Revised Tariff & Billing Handbook
The Handbook provides key information regarding LAO, legal aid certificates, billing practices, the civil and criminal tariff, travel tariff, disbursements, and costs and contributions.
Key revisions made to the Handbook:
Hourly Rate
The Handbook now contains the April 1, 2007 hourly rates for criminal, civil, junior counsel, articling students.
