Is your Legal Aid Online account information up to date?
Posted: Wednesday, April 9, 2014
Reduce the chance of being locked out of your Legal Aid Online account by keeping your email address and security question current. In case you forget your password, these can be used to recover your account’s password.
To update your password, email address and security question, log in to Legal Aid Online and select ‘change your password’ from the ‘review personal information’ section.
Here, you can change your password, set up your password hint and add an email address to your account. Be sure to check the box next to the email address you’d like to use for password recovery.
Lost your password?
If your password has expired or you have forgotten it, you can request a new one through the password reset form on the Legal Aid Online sign-in page. Once you have entered your user ID and the answer to your security question, a temporary password will be emailed to the address on file.
Note: After three failed login attempts, you will be unable to use the password reset form and must contact the Lawyer Service Centre to regain access to the account.
Still having difficulty or don’t have an email address?
The Lawyer Service Centre can help answer your questions, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 416-979-9934 or 1-866-979-9934.
