Rexdale Community Legal Clinic finds new home in Rexdale community hub

Rexdale Community Legal Clinic has relocated its office to join 10 other community organizations in the multi-service, Rexdale community hub located at 21 Panorama Court in Etobicoke.
Situated at the former Father Henry Carr Catholic School, the Rexdale community hub is a 77,000 square foot community space and one-stop shop for services such as skill development, health care and social and legal services.
Rexdale Community Legal Clinic’s new fully accessible space is located on the second floor and began operating on March 12, 2012.
Community legal clinics are independent, non-profit organizations funded by Legal Aid Ontario. They provide representation, summary legal advice, public legal education, law reform and community development services to low-income individuals and groups within a defined geographical area. These can include legal matters such as:
- Housing problems, tenant rights
- Employment Insurance
- Welfare/ Ontario Works
- Ontario Disability Support Program
- Canada Pension Disability
- Workers Compensation

Their hours are 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 1pm to 5pm on Wednesday and 1pm to 6pm on Thursday.
