Criteria:

Gladue report requests are to come from defence counsel directly by calling the Gladue co-ordinator or filling out the form on ALSTs website: http://www.aboriginallegal.ca/#!request-a-report/c59u

  • Write reports for those who plea guilty and/or found guilty
  • Often write reports for offenders facing 90 days or more
