The initial complaint, about a service provided by Legal Aid Ontario, a legal clinics, or a service provider (lawyer).
Print the first stage of the complaints process.

If the complaint is not resolved at the first stage, it is usually sent to the Complaints Department.
Print the second stage of the complaints process.

If the Complaints Department cannot resolve the issue, the complaint is sent to General Counsel.
